Fold, Play, Create the Art of Paper with a Story

In our Chinese Origami Workshop, we create a full origami zoo, folding animals like koalas, cranes, rabbits, and more. Along the way, we explore the symbolism of animals in Chinese culture, e.g. rabbits for longevity, cranes for peace.

One of the workshop highlights is our paper frog jump contest, it's a nostalgic game based inspired by a traditional folk pastime, kids folded frogs “leap” across the table. It’s simple, joyful, and connects us to a playful side of cultural tradition.

We also encourage personal expression. Participants decorate their animals or fold a creature of their own imagination. Whether it’s a frog with painted stripes or a rainbow rabbit, this is where tradition meets creativity.
